Orange Ave., Suite 2000 Orlando, FL 32801 SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY OF CASSELBERRY ACQUISITION AGREEMENT This Second Amendment to Acquisition Agreement (the "Second Amendment") is entered into as of the ! 04'�' day of—rT-j,,o ; 2015 (the "Effective Date"), by and between INTEGRA LAKES, LLC, a Florida lin79 liability company ("Integra"), and the CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation ("City") (with Integra and the City being collectively referred to as the "Parties" and sometimes referred to individually as a "Party"). RECITALS: WHEREAS, the Parties entered into that certain Acquisition Agreement dated as of September 30, 2014, and recorded on November 5, 2014, in O.R. Book 8360, page 1902, which was amended by First Amendment recorded on February 2, 2015 in O.R. Book 8405, Page 1598, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Parties agree that some of the deadlines set forth in the Agreement need to be extended, and the legal description needs to be revised; and WHEREAS, the Parties wish to add a clause for Environmental Remediation. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants herein contained, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The above Recitals are true and correct, are incorporated herein by reference and form a material part of this Amendment. 2.
