Orange Ave., Suite 2000 <br />Orlando, FL 32801 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY ACQUISITION AGREEMENT <br />This First Amendment to Acquisition Agreement (the "Amendment") is entered into as of <br />the V - day of �ezc-f� c - ( , 2014�-�the "Effective Date"), by and between INTEGRA <br />LAKES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Integra"), and the CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation ("City") (with Integra and the City being <br />collectively referred to as the "Parties" and sometimes referred to individually as a "Party"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, the Parties entered into that certain Acquisition Agreement dated as of <br />September 30, 2014 (the "Agreement"), and recorded on November 5, 2014, in O.R. Book 8360, <br />page 1902, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties agree that some of the deadlines set forth in the Agreement need <br />to be extended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants herein <br />contained, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The above Recitals are true and correct, are incorporated herein by reference and <br />form a material part of this Amendment. <br />2. The Parties agree that the following deadlines or due dates (except the Effective <br />Date) referenced in the Agreement are hereby extended by ninety (90) days from the original due <br />date: <br />Agreement Term <br />Original Due Date <br />New Due Date <br />Approval Deadline <br />January 28, 2015 <br />April 28, 2015 <br />Sec. 2.2 <br />120 days from ED <br />(PSP & Overlay) <br />
