Mr. Burnett made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission continue case number SPR 21-11 to allow time for the applicant and consultants to answer the <br />Commission's questions. Mr. Lucas seconded the motion. <br />The Board was polled: <br />Jim Burnett <br />Yes <br />Mike Lucas <br />Yes <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Yes <br />Nancy Divita <br />No <br />Ed Bowman <br />Yes <br />Dan Hale <br />No <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Abstained <br />The motion passed with a majority vote. <br />Ms. Hyson said she would reach out to Southeast Architect Services and they will need to reach out to their <br />consultant that was hired for the parking analysis. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Public Comments. <br />Mr. Doug Markovitz, owner of Casselberry Liquors, 130 SR 436, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. <br />Markovitz stated his business has been at the Casselberry Exchange location for approximately nine (9) years. He <br />said a BJ's Wholesale is planning on locating in this shopping plaza and the landlord is not renewing their lease. Mr. <br />Markovitz provided a packet of information to Ms. Hyson regarding his correspondence with the landlord. <br />The packet of information will be provided to the Planning and Zoning Commission at the May meeting. <br />Eighth Item of Business: Other Business. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the May Planning and Zoning Commission meeting date and future <br />discussion regarding PUD agreements and review of the Oxford Park Overlay District (OPOD). <br />Ninth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Hale adjourned the meeting at 7:40 p.m. <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission: . p % <br />4 <br />Joni Did6'I Secretary <br />
