CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David Henson, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman Mark Busch Andrew Meadows Chad Albritton Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Carol Conroy, Finance Director Chris Bowley, Community Development Director Kelly Brock, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Henson at 4:36 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — December 13, 2021. Mr. Henson asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on December 13, 2021. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the December 13, 2021 minutes. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the January 31, 2022 Finance Report. Ms. Conroy stated that the CRA January 31, 2022 Financial Report shows an unaudited beginning balance of $1,987,900 and actual revenue to date of $1,250,788. She said actual expenditures and encumbrances to date total $111,242 leaving a committed budget balance of $2,328,611. Ms. Conroy said staff anticipates an ending fund balance for January 31, 2022 at approximately $805,000. Mr. Henson asked for a motion. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the ratification of invoices and the Finance Report as presented. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
