OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on July 13, 2022. 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. ZB 22.06: Rezoning of Property Located on Lotus Lake Drive (Parcel ID: 07-21-30-515-0000-003A). A request to amend the Official Zoning Map to establish the zoning classification of R-12.5 (Low Density Single -Family) for one (1) parcel located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Lotus Lake Drive and Anchor Road. 6. LPA 22-04: Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment. A proposed amendment to the City of Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element to amend Table FLU 1 and Policy FLU 1.5. 7. LPA 22-05: Amendments to the ULDR for Economic Development. An ordinance to amend Section 2-5.2, Purpose and Intent of Zoning Districts, Section 2-5.3, Land Use by Districts, Section 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Criteria, and Section 5-21.2, Definition of Terms, of the City's Unified Land Development Regulations. 8. LPA 22.06: Amendments to the Oxford Park Overlay District Standards. An ordinance to amend Section 2-7.34, Oxford Park Overlay District Standards, of the City's Unified Land Development Regulations. 9. LPA 22-07: Amendments to Standards for Large Retail Establishments. An ordinance to amend Section 2-7.27, Vehicular Services, Maintenance, and Light Mechanical Repair in the PMX-H and PMX-L Zoning Districts, of the City's Unified Land Development Regulations. 10.
