TO <br />STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />WATER AND SEWER UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />AND <br />BROWN AND CALDWELL <br />FOR <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN <br />Uka-T2010, <br />LEMENTAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this �day of <br />by and between the City of Casselberry, a Florida municipal <br />corporation, whose address is 95 Lake Triplet Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, and <br />BROWN AND CALDWELL ("Consultant"), of 850 Trafalgar Court, Suite 300 Maitland, <br />FL 32751. <br />This Supplemental Agreement amends the Standard Consultant Agreement between the <br />City and the Consultant, dated June 28, 2010, as follows: <br />1. SERVICES AND PERFORMANCE <br />The City and Consultant agree to amend the original Scope of Services to include <br />those services listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />The City agrees to pay the Consultant compensation as detailed in EXHIBIT A, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 without <br />prior written authorization. <br />3. TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />Services authorized by this Supplemental Agreement shall be provided for a period of <br />approximately 180 days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Termination of this <br />agreement shall be in accordance with the original agreed upon stipulations as set <br />forth in the standard consultant agreement. <br />4. In all other respects, the Standard Consultant Agreement between the City and <br />Consultant dated June 28, 2010, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
