ATTACHMENT A <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br />TO <br />STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />WATER AND SEWER UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />AND <br />CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE, Inc. <br />FOR <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS: CLARIFIER IMPROVEMENTS, <br />GOLF COURSE PUMP STATION ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS & <br />WINTERWOODS PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS <br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1 day of <br />December, 2010, by and between the City of Casselberry, a Florida municipal <br />corporation, whose address is 95 Lake Triplet Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, and <br />CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE ("Consultant"), of 2301 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite <br />300, Maitland, FL 32751. <br />This Supplemental Agreement amends the Standard Consultant Agreement between <br />the City and the Consultant, dated May 10, 2010, as follows: <br />1. SERVICES AND PERFORMANCE <br />The City and Consultant agree to amend the original Scope of Services to include <br />those services listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT <br />The City agrees to pay the Consultant additional compensation as detailed in <br />EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, in an amount not to exceed <br />$97,710.00 without prior written authorization. <br />3. TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />Service authorized by this Supplemental Agreement shall be provided for a period of <br />approximately 180 days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Termination of <br />this agreement shall be in accordance with the original agreed upon stipulations as <br />asset forth in the standard consultant agreement. <br />
