WHEREAS, the City Commission, after holding a public hearing, finds that it <br />is appropriate to extend the temporary moratorium on the licensing and permitting of <br />certain activities related to game rooms, arcades, internet cafes, sweepstakes <br />redemption centers and similar indoor entertainment and amusement facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held pursuant to the required published <br />notice at which hearing the parties in interest and all others had an opportunity to be <br />and were, in fact, heard. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida: <br />SECTION 1. TEMPORARY MORATORIUM UPON THE ISSUANCE OF <br />GAME ROOMS ARCADES, INTERNET CAFES, SWEEPSTAKES REDEMPTION <br />CENTERS AND SIMILAR INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AND AMUSEMENT <br />ACTIVITY PERMITS.. <br />The conditions and requirements imposed by the adoption of Ordinance 10- <br />1312 and Resolution 10-2153 shall be extended for an additional ninety (90) days. <br />The moratorium shall expire at midnight, February 3, 2011. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict <br />with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Resolution. <br />SECTION 5.
