ATTACHMENT A <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 <br />TO <br />STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />STORMWATER SERVICES BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />AND <br />CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE, INC. <br />FOR <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY OSCEOLA TRAIL (LAKE HODGE AND GEE CREEK) <br />BAFFLE BOXES <br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 106day of October, <br />2010, by and between the City of Casselberry, a Florida municipal corporation, whose <br />address is 95 Lake Triplet Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, and Camp Dresser & <br />McKee, Inc. ("Consultant"), of 2301 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 300, Maitland, <br />Florida 32751. <br />This Supplemental Agreement amends the Standard Consultant Agreement between the <br />City and the Consultant, dated May 10, 2010, as follows: <br />1. SERVICES AND PERFORMANCE <br />The City and Consultant agree to amend the original Scope of Services to include <br />those services listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT <br />The City agrees to pay the Consultant additional compensation as detailed in <br />EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, in an amount not to exceed <br />$59,680 without prior additional written authorization. <br />3. TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />Services authorized by this Supplemental Agreement shall be provided pursuant to <br />the schedule outlined in EXHIBIT A. Termination of this agreement shall be in <br />accordance with the original agreed upon stipulations as set forth in the Standard <br />Consultant Agreement. <br />4.
