RESOLUTION 10-2184 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL STORMWATER SERVICES <br />BETWEEN CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE, INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />FOR DESIGN, PERMITTING, AND POST DESIGN SERVICES FOR TWO OSCEOLA <br />TRAIL BAFFLE BOXES FOR LAKE HODGE AND GEE CREEK; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, both Lake Hodge and Gee Creek currently receive significant quantities of <br />untreated stormwater runoff via the City's existing stormwater conveyance system along Osceola Trail <br />and the surrounding area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's adopted Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Master Plan <br />calls for the construction of two baffle boxes to service Lake Hodge and Gee Creek by pre -treating <br />stormwater runoff prior to discharge into these water bodies; and <br />WHEREAS, Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. (CDM) has previously satisfactorily completed <br />projects of a similar nature for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, CDM was selected by the City for a Standard Consultant Agreement to provide <br />Continuing Professional Stormwater Services for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, CDM has provided a proposed project scope in an amount not to exceed $59,680; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City staff have reviewed the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the <br />Agreement with CDM and find it sufficient to meet the needs of the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Supplemental <br />Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Stormwater Services <br />between Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. and the City of Casselberry for design, permitting, and post design <br />services for two baffle boxes at Osceola Trail serving Lake Hodge and Gee Creek (attached as "Attachment <br />A") in an amount not to exceed $59,680, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of <br />the City. <br />SECTION H. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />
