<br />Southwesterly 126.8 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of Lot 32; thence run Easterly along the South line of said
<br />Lot 32, (Park Drive Right of Way) 128 feet to the point of Beginning.
<br />NOTE: THIS DEED IS BEING EXECUTED TO RELINQUISH ANY INTEREST THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA MAY HAVE IN THE ABOVE PROPERTY BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN QUIT -CLAIM DEED
<br />RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6002, PAGES 1750 THROUGH 1753, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
<br />SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH CONTAINED AN INCORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
