If the exposure exists, the following are required: Explosion & Collapse <br />Hazard; Underground Hazard; Contractual & Broad from Property Damage. <br />Automobile Liability* <br />Bodily Injury: $1,000,000.00, each person <br />$1,000,000.00, each accident <br />Property Damage: $1,000,000.00, each accident or <br />$1,000,000.00, bodily injury and property damage combined each <br />occurrence <br />*Including: owned, hired & employer's non -owned vehicle(s) <br />Worker's Compensation: Statutory: as required by the state of Florida <br />Employer's Liability: $500,000.00 each accident <br />INSURANCE COMPANIES MUST BE LICENSED TO CONDUCT INSURANCE BUSINESS IN THE <br />STATE OF FLORIDA WITH A BEST RATING GUIDE RATING OF "A". All subcontractors must <br />also have an Occupational License. THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, IS TO BE NAMED <br />AS AN ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED ON THE CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY. <br />INSURANCE CERTIFICATES WILL BE REVIEWED, with the exception of Worker's Compensation <br />and Professional Liability. <br />Professional Liability Insurance is to be in the amount of $1,000,000. All insurances are to be project <br />specific to this contract, not general umbrella insurance. <br />SECTION 23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. In the event of a dispute related to any performance or <br />payment obligation arising under this Agreement, the parties agree to exhaust the CITY dispute resolution <br />procedures prior to filing suit or otherwise pursuing legal remedies. <br />CONSULTANT agrees that it will file no suit or otherwise pursue legal remedies based on facts or <br />evidentiary materials that were not presented for consideration to the CITY. <br />SECTION 24. REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY AND CONSULTANT. It is recognized that <br />questions in the day-to-day conduct of performance pursuant to this Agreement will arise. The CITY, <br />upon request by CONSULTANT, will designate and advise CONSULTANT in writing of one or more of <br />its employees to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of this Agreement shall <br />be addressed. The designated representative shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive <br />information, and interpret and define the CITY's policy and decisions pertinent to the work covered by <br />this Agreement. <br />no <br />
