RESOLUTION 10-2176 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PINNACLE DATA SYSTEMS FOR UTILITY BILL PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to enter into an agreement with a vendor to supply utility bill printing and mailing services; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) and received nine (9) proposals; and WHEREAS, after a competitive bid selection process, the City's Selection Committee named Pinnacle Data Systems as the supplier of utility bill printing and mailing services; and WHEREAS, the terms of the agreement with Pinnacle Data Systems are set to become effective on October 1, 2010 and remain in effect for a period of three years until November 1, 2013 with the option of two one-year extensions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the Agreement (Attachment A) with Pinnacle Data Systems for utility bill printing and mailing services, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
