The Licensor has been given the opportunity to have their association manager <br />and attorney review this document prior to execution in order to offer recommended additions, <br />modifications, etc., if any. <br />8. The Licensor has determined that they can legally execute this License <br />Agreement without having to obtain two-thirds approval of the Sterling Park Housing <br />Association, Inc., members, and that Anne Lakey, President of Sterling Park Housing <br />Association, Inc., has the authority to execute this Agreement. <br />9. The section of the Casselberry Wirz Park Trail II constructed on the Premises <br />extends from approximately the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block A, Sterling Park Unit 1, to the <br />south right-of-way of Swallow Drive adjacent to the northeast corner of Lot 10, Block B, <br />Sterling Park Unit 1, as recorded in P.B. 16, Pages 92 and 93. <br />10. The Casselberry Wirz Park Trail II crossing at Laurel Way does not encroach <br />onto Lot 39, Block B, Sterling Park Unit 1, as recorded in P.B. 16, Pages 92 and 93, or interfere <br />with the access driveway that serves this property. <br />11. This Agreement and its attachments constitutes the complete and final expression of the <br />parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and incorporates and includes all proper negotiations, <br />agreements and understandings regarding the matters contained herein. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed and sealed these presents the day and <br />year first above written. <br />(signatures to follow) <br />
