approval by MAITLAND or CASSELBERRY. No additions, alterations or variations of this <br />Agreement shall be valid unless each is expressly set forth in writing and duly signed by the <br />parties. <br />Section 10. Successors and Assigns. <br />This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the respective parties <br />hereto, but shall only be assigned by CASSELBERRY or MAITLAND after obtaining the <br />written approval of the other party. <br />Section 11. Right of Inspection. <br />Each party hereby guarantees to the other party the right, at all reasonable times and at <br />any time during an emergency, by its duly authorized agents or employees, to enter the premises <br />of their water systems for inspection purposes and for the purpose of repairing, maintaining, or <br />removing any property owned by the entering party. <br />Section 12. Exclusive Purchase of Water. The parties agree to purchase exclusively <br />from each other any and all water consumed through this bi-directional emergency interconnect <br />meter during the term of this Agreement. <br />Section 13. Disclaimer of Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is solely for the <br />benefit of the formal parties hereto, and no right or cause of action shall accrue upon or by <br />reason hereof, to or for the benefit of, any third party not a formal party hereto. <br />Section 14. Waiver of Rights. Any waiver at any time by MAITLAND or <br />CASSELBERRY of their rights with respect to a default or any other matter arising in <br />[Emergency Interconnect Water Agreement] Page 8 <br />
