RESOLUTION 22-3298 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL <br />COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 2021; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida has been presented <br />the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2021 audited <br />by the accounting firm of MSL, P.A.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report <br />and recommends acceptance by the City Commission. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby accepts the <br />Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for year ending September 30, 2021, attached as <br />"Exhibit A". <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolution or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of A.D., 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
