THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT FOR <br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMPUTER SERVICES AND SUPPORT <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT is made and entered into this _ day of oft <br />'agcy_ 12022 <br />and is to that certain Agreement made and entered into on the 3rd day of January, 201 f between Casselberry --- <br />Police Department hereinafter referred to as "PD" and the Seminole County Sheriff's Office hereinafter <br />referred to as "SCSO". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, PD and SCSO entered into the above -referenced Agreement on January 3, 2017 for <br />Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support; and <br />WHEREAS, during a recent technical audit by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement <br />(FDLE), SCSO was notified that weekly audits were required for each agency accessing SCSO CJIS <br />software programs; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement so as to enable both parties to continue to <br />enjoy the mutual benefits it provides, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements contained <br />herein, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Add the following paragraphs to Section 4, Basic Services: <br />1. SCSO agrees to: <br />I.L. Provide PD with the ability to audit user logs for all SCSO CJIS software programs, <br />(currently MiCad, CafeWeb, XCAD Report Utility, XCAD history, FCIC switch history <br />and any additional software that may be added in the future) in order to be in compliance <br />with the auditing standards of the CJIS Security Policy. <br />2. PD agrees to: <br />2.K. As per the CJIS Security Policy, assign a representative who will be responsible for <br />auditing user logs on a weekly basis. Representative shalt maintain records of such <br />audits and make those records available for review upon request of SCSO. PD shall <br />notify SCSO of the name and contact information of the assigned representative. <br />Except as herein modified, ali terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect <br />for the term of the Agreement, as originally set forth in said Agreement. <br />0 <br />
