Gardner, City Clerk <br />Randy Newlon, Finance Director <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:03 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />3. FY 2011-2012 PRELIMINARY BUDGET DEVELOPMENT <br />FINANCIAL OVERVIEW <br />City Manager Barbara Lipscomb gave a brief introduction of the issues to be addressed at the workshop. <br />Presentation: Mr. Randy Newlon, Finance Director, gave a presentation regarding preliminary budget <br />development for FY2011-2012, including a financial overview and a General Fund forecast and "What If?" <br />analysis through FY 2021. The presentation included the following components: <br />• Where We Were <br />-2010 General Fund year End Results <br />-2010 Fund Balance Overview <br />
