This information is generally represented in vector datasets, lines, <br />polygons, or other complex geographic features or phenomena and may be derived from, among <br />other things, remote sensing, mapping, and surveying technologies. This includes images and <br />raster datasets, aerial photographs, and other forms of geospatial data or datasets in digitized or <br />non -digitized form. <br />Section 3. Sharing and Ownership. <br />(a) Each Party shall be responsible for modifications or alterations required at its <br />location for sharing and utilization of geographic and land information. <br />(b) Each Party agrees that the adherence to data standards ensures confidence in the <br />reliability of the data. Each Party shall provide and maintain in its geographic and land information <br />system the information specified in this Agreement in accordance with the general standards <br />outlined in Exhibit A, attached to this AgreemH� and incorporated by reference. Each Party will <br />bear the cost of compliance with the general standards as outlined in Exhibit A. <br />(c) Each Party, if in the possession of, agree to share and not limit sharing to, the <br />following layers: <br />(i) Utility Layers <br />1. Sewer Lines <br />2. Sewer Service Areas <br />3. Sewer Treatment Plants <br />4. Water Lines <br />5. Water Service Areas <br />6. Water Treatment Plants <br />7. Reuse Lines <br />8. Reuse Service Areas <br />9.
