OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21-23: Casselberry Center Phase 3 — Maior Site Plan 3,d Review. Review of a major site plan to develop a dental office at 1391 SR 436, along with associated hardscape, landscaping, and site lighting. b. ZB 22.05. 611 Doq Track Road — Planned Unit Development Concept Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed concept plan for a request to rezone the property located at 611 Dog Track Road to a Planned Unit Development zoning district. 5. Discussion Items a. None. Donna G. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
