Assessment Collection Act, the cost to be incurred by the City during any Fiscal Year in <br />connection with the implementation, administration, collection, and enforcement of the <br />Street Lighting Assessments, any service charges of the Tax Collector or Property <br />Appraiser, and reimbursement to the City for any funds advanced for street lighting <br />services, and interest of any interfund or intrafund loan for such purposes. <br />"Street Lighting Services" means the acquisition, lease, rental, operation, <br />maintenance or installation of Street Lighting Improvements and the payment for electrical <br />services and current used in the provision of street lighting. <br />"Tax Parcel" means a parcel of property to which the Seminole County Property <br />Appraiser has assigned a distinct ad valorem property tax identification number. <br />"Tax Roll" means the real property ad valorem tax roll maintained by the Property <br />Appraiser for the purpose of the levy and collection of ad valorem taxes. <br />"Undevelopable Property" means a Tax Parcel which cannot support the <br />development of residential or commercial Buildings. Undevelopable property shall include, <br />but not be limited to, right-of-ways and submerged land. The City Manager may extend the <br />determination as to whether Tax Parcels comprise Undevelopable Property after <br />verification, field research, and/or the presentation of competent, substantial evidence by <br />an affected property owner. <br />"Uniform Assessment Collection Act" means Sections 197.3632 and 197.3635, <br />Florida Statutes, or any successor statutes authorizing the collection of non -ad valorem <br />assessments on the same bill as ad valorem taxes, and any applicable regulations <br />promulgated thereunder. <br />"Vacant Property" means any Tax Parcel that is not Developed Property. <br />5 <br />
