(Ref. RFP -2019-0503) Budget Impact: To provide sufficient funding for this item, Budget Amendment #22-031 will increase the General Fund City Facilities Equipment Other account #001-0722-519.67-35 and decrease General Fund City Facilities Building Improvements account #001-0722-519.62-25 each by $40,025.00. BA #22-031 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for the replacement of air handlers at City Hall from Air Mechanical & Service Corporation in the amount of $40,025. The total cost for the project is $140,025. L Piggyback Agreement with Chapco Fence LLC for the Water Reclamation Facility and Reject Pond Fencing eplacement Project and Related Budget Amendment 422-039 Introduction: Consideration for approval to piggyback Orange County Public Schools Fencing Furnish & Install Agreement with Chapco Fence, LLC for the Water Reclamation Facility and Reject Pond Fencing Replacement Project in the amount of $84,880.21 and related Budget Amendment #22-039 is requested. (PBA -2022-0902) Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-039 will increase the Renewal and Replacement Fund Water Reclamation Improvements Other account 4402-0753-535.63-40 and decrease the Water and Sewer Fund Water Meters/FN2001 account 4401-0135-513.63-52 by $84,880.21.
