CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 9, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 15 <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Henson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present except for Commissioner Albritton. <br />Commissioner Albritton's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as part of the Consent Agenda <br />later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of April 25, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 25, 2022 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Proclamation: National Police Week <br />Mayor Henson proclaimed the week of May 15-21, 2022 as National Police Week, called upon all citizens <br />of the City of Casselberry to observe Sunday, May 15, 2022 as Peace Officers' Memorial Day, and <br />presented the proclamation to Deputy Police Chief Derrick Becton. <br />B. Proclamation: Recognizing the Retirement of Mark D. Gisclar <br />Mayor Henson read a proclamation in recognition of Mark D. Gisclar's retirement from the City of <br />Casselberry with 17 years of dedicated public service, retiring as the Public Works & Utilities Director. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Henson announced for the record that the meeting agenda had been amended just prior to the meeting <br />to add item L to the Consent Agenda, Excuse Absence of Commissioner Chad Albritton, as the City had <br />been advised by Commissioner Albritton that he was ill and would be unable to attend. <br />
