RESOLUTION 22-3310 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 329 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD TO ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, by Resolution 20-3166, the City of Casselberry established a policy that City - owned real property must be declared as surplus real property by the City Commission prior to its sale; and WHEREAS, all prior City -owned surplus real property has been sold or re -assessed and utilized for another public purpose; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to declare Parcel ID 09-21-30-502-0000-0020 located at 329 Seminola Boulevard as surplus in order to place this City -owned real property for sale. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves designating Parcel ID 09-21-30-502-0000-0020 located at 329 Seminola Boulevard as surplus real property, as described in Attachment A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and enable the sale of said property. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
