RESOLUTION 22-3310 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SURPLUS REAL <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 329 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD TO ENABLE <br />THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 20-3166, the City of Casselberry established a policy that City - <br />owned real property must be declared as surplus real property by the City Commission prior to its <br />sale; and <br />WHEREAS, all prior City -owned surplus real property has been sold or re -assessed and <br />utilized for another public purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to declare Parcel ID 09-21-30-502-0000-0020 <br />located at 329 Seminola Boulevard as surplus in order to place this City -owned real property for <br />sale. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves designating <br />Parcel ID 09-21-30-502-0000-0020 located at 329 Seminola Boulevard as surplus real property, as <br />described in Attachment A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and enable the sale of said <br />property. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV.
