Mayor's Proclamation - Casselberry Firefighters Appreciation Week - September 2 - 8, 2007- A representative fi•om the Muscular Dystrophy Association accepted the Proclamation and expressed their gratitude to the firefighters who have participated in the "Fill the Boot" Campaigns for the past 53 years. B. Departmental Presentation - Records Management, Donna Gardner, Deputy City Clerk Copy of power point presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Citizens' Comments: The Mayor stated that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the Agenda may do so at this time. Please raise your hand to be recognized, give your name and address to speak on any matter. All comments are to be directed to the Mayor and City Commission. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. The following individual came forward to address the Commission: 1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, addressed the Commission regarding tree preservation and records destruction. 2) Cal Fisher, 1533 Canterbury Circle, Casselberry, Florida, addressed parking problems in his neighborhood and chastised the Commission for not resolving the problem. 8. Consent Agenda The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda. There is no discussion on individual items unless the item is removed fi•o►n the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 07-1814 - Agreement with Public Resources Management Group, Inc. to Conduct a Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Utility Rate Study and Related Budget Transfer of $28,000 to cover the cost of the study. "A Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, authorizing the execution of an agreement with Public Resources Management Group, Inc., (PRMG), to provide a water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility rate study and related budget transfer; providing for conflicts, severability, and effective date. " B. Resolution 07-1815 - Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Orlando Paving Company and Related Budget Transfer of $10,500 to cover the costs associated with milling and resurfacing of Avalon Boulevard. "A Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, authorizing the execution of an agreement between Orlando Paving Company, (OPC), and the City of Casselberry for the resurfacing of Avalon Boulevard and related budget transfer; providing for conflicts, severability, and effective date. "
