First Reading of Ordinance 22-1566 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for <br />Property Located at 1681 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd. (ZB 22-03) <br />Approval of Ordinance 22-1566 on first reading to amend the official zoning designation for one (1) parcel located at <br />1681 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd. from CG (Commercial General) to CS (Commercial Service) is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 22-1567 — Amending the Future Land Use Map Designation <br />for the Property Located at 176 S. Winter Park Drive (LPA 22-02) <br />Approval of Ordinance 22-1567 ton first reading o amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation from City <br />of Casselberry Low Density Residential to City of Casselberry Public Service for approximately 0.91 acres located at <br />176 S. Winter Park Drive is requested. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS -None <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Presentation and Discussion of Alternatives Assessment for the Winter Park Drive <br />Complete Street and Concept Development Study <br />The City's consultant, Fehr and Peers, will provide a presentation on and facilitate discussion of the draft Alternatives <br />Assessment prepared for the Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study. <br />13.
