EXH I BIT "A" <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 <br />To <br />PROJECT AGREEMENT 69-4209-8-1681 <br />Between <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />And The <br />UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br />NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE <br />RE: Emergency Watershed Protection project resulting from 2007 Tornadoes <br />This amends the Project Agreement 69-4209-8-1678 between the above parties relative to the <br />Hurricane Wilma Emergency Watershed Protection Project. <br />Clause B.1 is amended to allow for the accomplishment of the works of improvement described in <br />Section A and provide for their completion and to and to read as follows: <br />1. Provide for accomplishment of the works of improvement described in Section A and provide <br />for their completion by December 30, 2008.
