RESOLUTION 08-1895 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />ADOPTING A CITY ELECTED OFFICIALS E-MAIL POLICY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to create an electronic mail (e-mail) <br />policy that provides standard principles for the basic requirements related to the creation, <br />maintenance, use, and disposition of public records contained in e-mails received and <br />sent by elected officials of the City of Casselberry. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby adopts <br />a City Elected Officials E -Mail Policy attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part <br />hereof, <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
