ORDINANCE 95-829 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS <br />ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE <br />ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-H (PLANNED MIXED USE: HIGH <br />INTENSITY) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the <br />property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such <br />hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning <br />classification were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is designated as High Intensity <br />Nonresidential/Medium Density Residential on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use <br />Map; and <br />WHEREAS, the PTS -H (Planned Mixed Use: High Intensity) zoning classificatlon is <br />consistent with the High Intensity Nonresidential/Medium Density Residential future land use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established PMX-H <br />(Planned Mixed Use: High Intensity) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V, as amended <br />and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, <br />as amended and supplemented, for a certain parcel of land located at the northeast corner of the <br />intersection of US. 17-92 and S.R. 436, more specifically described as follows: <br />Commence 661.27 feet N 03 20'06" W of the Southwest corner of Government Lot 2, <br />Section 17, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida at a Point on the <br />North line of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 17, Township 21 South, <br />(1) <br />
