RESOLUTION 22-3307 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE GRAYSON SQUARE <br />FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, an application for the Grayson Square Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to <br />the City of Casselberry (City) to subdivide one (1) parcel with parcel identification number 34-21- <br />30-300-OIOC-0000 into a 138 -lot townhome subdivision. The subject property is located on Jergo <br />Road, south of the intersection of Howell Branch Road and Jergo Road, in Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by the City <br />Attorney, City Engineer, City Addressing staff, City Planning staff, and the contract surveyor for the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has elected to record the Final Plat prior to completion of the <br />required improvements under performance guarantees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff <br />and the City's consultants on May 9, 2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations (ULDR), the City Commission approves the Grayson Square Final Plat as filed with the <br />City, attached herein as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION II. The City Commission hereby approves the applicant's performance <br />guarantee in accordance with Section 4-19.6 of the ULDR. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V.
