Construction Manager at Risk Agreement Amendment No. 1, <br />Guaranteed Maximum Price of $12,039,985.20 for Project PD 2001, and related Budget Amendment #22-035 for the <br />Casselberry Police Department Headquarters is requested. <br />13.
