Budget Amendment #22-030 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget <br />Approval of Budget Amendment #22-030 to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget is requested. <br />E. Ratification of Appointment of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />Ratification of the City Manager's selection to appoint Dr. Kelly H. Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for a <br />Guaranteed Maximum Price to Construct Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion and <br />Related Budget Amendment #22-033 <br />Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. <br />for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Parks Construction Projects for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in <br />the amount of $3,195,055.00 to construct project PW 2111 Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion and related Budget <br />Amendment #22-033 which also includes Information Technology costs for the Art House Expansion in the amount of <br />$25,021 is requested. <br />13.
