OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a <br />meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGFNDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meetings held on February 9, 2022, and March 9, 2022, <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. CU 22.03: 204 Live Oaks Blvd. A conditional use request to operate a bakery at 204 Live Oaks Blvd. <br />SPR 21-11: Icon Commons at 380 SR 436. A major site plan request to construct a six -story, ±39,590 <br />sq. ft. mixed-use building, as well as associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site <br />lighting. <br />7.
