H. Budget Amendment #22-027 — Relating to Whole Lake Alum Treatments for Lake Concord Introduction: Consideration of approval of Budget Amendment #22-027 to provide $17,000 in increased Stormwater Utility Fund Operating Supplies funding for whole lake alum treatments for Lake Concord is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-027 will increase Stormwater Utility Fund Other Non -Operating Source account #110-0000-389.90-00 and the Stormwater Fund Operating Supplies account #110-0740- 538.52-00 each by $17,000. BA #22-027 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for alum treatments for Lake Concord in the amount of $17,000. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Future Agenda Items Mayor Henson suggested there may be a need for discussion on what ordinances the City may or may not have in place relating to both window signage and panhandlers. City Manager Randy Newlon advised the City currently had ordinances in place to address both of those issues and further in-depth discussions
