2. The CITY and CFE agree to establish the value of the 6,307.7 square feet of real
<br />property conveyed by CFE to the CITY, at $25,000 to be paid to CFE by the City. This amount
<br />shall constitute the full and complete consideration for the conveyance of the 6,307.7 square feet
<br />of real property by CFE to the City.
<br />3. The CITY and CFE hereby remise, release, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge
<br />each other of and from all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits,
<br />debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts,
<br />controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions,
<br />claims and demands whatsoever, that are or could have been brought relating to the Land Swap,
<br />including but not limited to any claims in law or in equity, which either party ever had, now
<br />have, or which any trustee, personal representative, successor, heir or assign of either party,
<br />hereafter can, shall or may have, against any other party and/or insurer, including any statutory
<br />claims, claims for attorneys' fees or other claim for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or
<br />thing whatsoever, known or unknown, from the beginning of the world to the day of these
<br />presents.
<br />4. Each of the signatories hereto represents and warrants that he, she or it and the
<br />party on behalf of which such signatory has signed below has full power and authority to enter
<br />into this Agreement.
<br />5. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of its employees,
<br />officers, directors, executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs, successors and
<br />assigns of each party.
<br />6. In entering into this Agreement, the parties represent that they have relied upon
<br />the legal advice of their attorneys, who are the attorneys of their own choice, and that the terms of
