RESOLUTION 10-2204 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA DESIGNATING A <br />8,275 SQUARE FOOT PORTION OF PARCEL 10-21-30-501-0000-35B0 AS SURPLUS <br />PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, via Resolution 08-1938, established a policy to <br />surplus and sell City -owned property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry received a request from Mr. James Thompson, <br />property owner at 1428 Lakeshore Drive, to purchase a portion of City -owned Parcel 10-21-30- <br />501-0000-35BO which is adjacent to his property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus approximately 8,275 square feet <br />at the southwest corner of Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35130 in order to prepare the site for a <br />future sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates an <br />8,275 square foot portion of Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35130 as surplus property. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
