RESOLUTION 10-2190 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA DESIGNATING THE EIGHT (8) PARCELS THAT COMPRISE THE CITY CENTER SITE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, via Resolution 08-1938, established a process to surplus and sell City -owned property; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry continues to seek opportunities for the sale and development of the City Center site; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus the eight (8) parcels that comprise the City Center site with parcel ID# 17-21-30-504-OE00-0000, 08-21-30-514-QC00-014C, 17- 21-30-503-0000-0010, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-0020, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-002C, 08-21-30-5BL- 0000-00213, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-002A, and 08-21-30-514-QC00-0110 in order to prepare the site for a future sale. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates the eight (8) parcels that comprise the City Center site with parcel ID# 17-21-30-504-OE00-0000, 08-21-30-514-QC00-014C, 17-21-30-503-0000-0010, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-0020, 08-21-30- 5BL-0000-002C, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-002B, 08-21-30-5BL-0000-002A, and 08-21-30-514- QC00-0110 as surplus property. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
