compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case. There was no <br />one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000755, located at 196 Paul McClure Ct., was in <br />violation of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and <br />evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the <br />violations by 1:00 P.M. December 5, 2021. If there is no compliance by December 5, 2021, then a fine of <br />$100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent <br />hearing will be held on December 16, 2021, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000822 304 Coral Beach Cir. <br />® City code 1-4.3.a No building permit <br />Officer McDonald gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />October 18, 2021. The City requested a correction date of December 5, 2021. If no compliance by <br />December 5, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. A subsequent <br />hearing will be held on December 16, 2021, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES - IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -21-000651 433 Bridle Path <br />• City code 3-10.3.C.7 Swimming pool standards <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000651 located at 433 Bridle Path, was in compliance by the <br />date set by the Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE -NOT IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -20-002248 831 N Triplet Lake Dr. <br />• City Code 1-4.3.a, No building permit <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-002248 located at 831 N Triplet Lake Dr., was not in <br />compliance by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in compliance.
