CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Robert Phillips, Chairman <br />Ed Bowman <br />Nancy Divita <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Mike Lucas <br />Jim Burnett, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Dan Hale, Vice Chairman <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Jennifer Nix <br />Staff members present: <br />Christina Hyson, Chief Planner <br />Dean Fathelbab, Healthy Community Manager <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Phillips at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Phillips led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Fourth Item of Business: CU 21-21: Dock at 261 S. Triplet Lake Drive. A conditional use request to construct <br />a dock at 261 S. Triplet Lake Drive. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January <br />12, 2022 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson said staff recommends that case <br />number CU 21-21 be approved with staff's conditions, based upon the staff report and the testimony and evidence <br />presented, that the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations and is <br />
