EXHIBIT "D" - PARCEL 2 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />A Portion of Lot 2, Lake Kathryn Park Estates, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 2, Public <br />Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at Southeast corner of Lot 2 <br />Lake Kathryn Park Estates, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat <br />Book 11, <br />Page 2, <br />Public Records of Seminole County, <br />Florida; thence North 22'11'50" West, a distance of 13.93 feet along the <br />East line <br />of said <br />Lot 2 to the Northern Right of <br />Way of Seminolo Boulevard and POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 81°57'34" <br />West, a <br />distance <br />of 25.84 feet along said the <br />North Right of Way line; thence departing said Right of Way North 05"09'41" <br />West, a <br />distance <br />of 76.21 feet to the East line <br />of said Lot 2; thence South 22°11'50" East, a distance of 85.88 feet along said East <br />line to the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 959 square feet, more or less. <br />SURVEYOR'S REPORT: <br />1. Utility locations shown hereon are based on field locations of markings by Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corp. Field <br />markings are based on signals received from Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and electronic equipment. Locations are <br />approximate and Test Holes should be performed for verification. <br />2. Easements or rights of way that appear on recorded plans or that have been furnished to the surveyor by others have been <br />incorporated into this drawing with appropriate notation. Other easements may be discovered by a search of the Public <br />Records. <br />3. Minimum Horizontal Accuracy for this survey is in accordance with the STANDARDS OF PRACTICE set forth by the Board of <br />Professional Surveyors and Mappers in Chapter 5J-17 requirements of Florida Administration Code. The map and measurement <br />methods used for this survey meet or exceed this requirement. The dimensions shown hereon are in United States survey feet <br />and decimals thereof. <br />4. This survey does not determine ownership of the lands shown hereon. <br />5. Underground foundations have not been located. <br />6. Survey map and report or the copies thereof are not valid without the original signature and seal or the electronic signature <br />and seal of a Florida Licensed Surveyor and Mapper, and if shown hereon is in compliance with Florida Administrative Code <br />5J-17.062 and Florida Statute 472.025. <br />7. Features shown by symbol as indicated in the legend are not to scale. <br />8.
