CASSCLBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of January 10, 2022 — Regular Meeting Page 5 of 13 Introduction: Consideration of approval of Task Authorization No. 1 with Wright -Pierce, Inc. which provides for Construction Engineering Inspection Services for the US Highway 17/92 Water Main Looping project in the amount of $173,425 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-020, associated with the award of the US Highway 17/92 Water Main Looping project presented as a separate item on this Commission agenda, provides ample funding in the FY 22 Water & Sewer Capital Improvement Fund Distribution & Collection Infrastructure account #403-0751-536.63-40 to complete this work. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Task Authorization No. 1 with Wright -Pierce, Inc. for construction engineering inspection services for the US Highway 17/92 Water Main Looping project in an amount not to exceed $1.73,425. Piggyback Agreement for Purchase and Installation of Large Pavilion for the Secret Lake Park Improvements Project Introduction: Consideration of approval of an agreement for the purchase and installation of a pavilion from Rep Services, Inc. in the amount of $222,338.28 for the Secret Lake Park Improvements Project by piggybacking Clay County Contract #18/19-2 is requested. (Ref. PW 1907 and PBA -2022-0851) Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available in Parks Master Plan Fund Machinery & Equipment Account #307-0410-572.67-36 for this purchase. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of agreement PBA -2022-0851 for purchase and installation of a large pavilion from Rep Services, Inc. in the amount of $222,338.28 for Project PW 1907 Secret Lake Park Improvements. Task Authorization No. 6 with Geosyntec Consultants Inc for Additional Design and Post -Design Services for the Queens Mirror Nutrient Reduction Facility Project Introduction: Consideration of approval of Task Authorization No. 6 With Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $77,248.02 to provide additional design and post -design services for the Queens Minor Nutrient Reduction Facility project is requested. (Ref. SOQ-201.9-0424 and PW 1706) Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available for this item in Stormwater Utility Fund Equipment Other Account #110-0740-538.67-35. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Task Authorization No. 6 with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $77,248.02. K.
