RESOLUTION 13-2457 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 TO THE CONTINUING <br />PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. AND THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR <br />'CITY CENTER'; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City acquired 15.24 acres along U.S. Hwy. 17-92 at Triplet Lake Drive <br />for purposes of developing a City Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has previously entertained various development proposals without <br />success; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is desirous of successfully completing a public-private partnership <br />with a developer to complete the City Center; and <br />WHEREAS, Associated Consulting International Inc. (ACi) has proposed to provide <br />effective development implementation strategy services acting as the City's advisor; and <br />WHEREAS, ACi has previously satisfactorily completed projects of a similar nature for <br />other city governments; and <br />WHEREAS, ACi was selected by the City for the Continuing Professional Development <br />Management Services Contract to provide development services for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, ACi has provided a proposed scope for this work in the amount of $94,638; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the <br />Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. and finds it sufficient to meet the needs <br />of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY- COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves <br />Supplemental Agreement No.3 to the Continuing Professional Development Management <br />Services Contract between Associated Consulting International Inc. and the City of Casselberry <br />
