RESOLUTION 11-2280 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY, DESIGNATING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AS "SURPLUS" TO <br />ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission, via Resolution 08-1938, established a process to <br />surplus and sell City -owned property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry continues to seek opportunities for the sale and use of <br />properties acquired by the City due to lien foreclosures and nuisance abatement actions by the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus the property located at 541 Lilac <br />Road in order to prepare the property for a future sale. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates parcel <br />ID# 16-21-30-5BS-0000-3500, located at 541 Lilac Road, Casselberry, Florida, as surplus <br />property. <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this �' day of AD 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
