Exhibit A - Scope of Services
North Winter Park Drive - Phase II and Resurfacing from Red Bug Lake Rd to Seminola Blvd
Scope of Services
The purpose of this work is to provide engineering support and post -design services to assist the City
and/or their CEI in responding to questions during construction of the project.
Task I - Post Design Services
1. Perform services as requested by the City or CEI during construction of the project.
2. Provide construction plans to meet ADA requirements between Red Bug Lake Road and Seminola
Boulevard. Effort will include field review to identify deficiencies, field measurement to determine
limits of construction, plan drawings on aerial background with either a standard FDOT curb ramp
callout or modified dimensioning. A full survey is not being provided and the plans will be based on
field measurements. Each location will include a tabulation of quantities. It is anticipated that a
maximum of 10 detail plan sheets will be developed to address the identified ADA deficiencies. The
extent of compliance is being limited to curb ramps, broken or displaced sidewalk and other visually
identifiable deficiencies. Sidewalk cross slopes will not be electronically checked except at locations
that appear to be out of tolerance.
Schedule for Post Design Work
1.
