below will be performed in a timely manner for completion and submittal of the as -built and monitoring report to <br />SJRWMD in August 2010. The specific scope of services to be provided by CPH under this Agreement is <br />provided in Exhibit 1. <br />SECTION 2 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />2.0 GENERAL <br />The Scope of Services is attached as Exhibit 1. <br />SECTION 3 <br />GENERAL SERVICES OF CPH <br />3.0 General <br />A. CPH shall provide all services required to complete the task in accordance with the regulatory <br />requirements in effect on the date of this Supplement to the extent of the scope of work as <br />defined and set out in this Supplement. CPH shall perform professional services as <br />hereinafter stated in accordance with good engineering practices. <br />B. CPH will serve as the CLIENT'S professional representative in that phase of the project to <br />which this Supplement applies and will meet, consult with, and provide advice to the CLIENT <br />during the performance of these services. CPH will perform the services for the City <br />Commission under the direction of the Public Works Director or his designee. The Principal - <br />in -Charge will be Amy E. Daly, LEED AP, Director of Environmental Services and the Project <br />Manager will be will be Aaron P. Moore, Environmental Scientist IV. <br />C. CPH represents that all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified. <br />D CPH shall promptly begin work on the services authorized by this Supplement upon <br />execution of this Supplement and will complete the specified services in a timely manner. <br />SECTION 4 <br />SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES OF CPH <br />A. If authorized by the CLIENT, CPH shall furnish or obtain from others, supplementary services <br />of the following types which will be paid for by the CLIENT as an additional cost as outlined in <br />Section 6. <br />B. Additional services due to significant changes in the scope of the project including, but not <br />limited to, changes in size, complexity, character, or due to time delays in initiating or <br />completion of the work as described herein. <br />C. Provide specialty services through subconsultants. If these services are subsequently <br />determined advisable during the course of the work, they may be considered for authorization <br />as an additional service under this Section of the Supplement or separately provided by the <br />CLIENT. <br />D. Except as otherwise provided herein, services or additional costs associated with revising <br />previously accepted studies, reports, or other documents prepared by CPH when such <br />revisions are due to causes beyond CPH's control. <br />E. Additional services resulting from public protests, administrative hearings, or similar matters. <br />Page 3 of 11 <br />
