RESOLUTION 11-2275 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 36 TO THE <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES WITH CPH ENGINEERS, INC. TO PROVIDE <br />CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR <br />THE SAUSALITO SHORES OUTFALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT <br />LAKE HOWELL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has an agreement with CPH Engineers, Inc. to provide <br />consulting engineering services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City recently awarded a bid for construction of the Sausalito Shores <br />Outfall Improvement Project at Lake Howell; and <br />WHEREAS, the City needs assistance with construction engineering and inspection <br />services for this project to help ensure it is executed properly; and <br />WHEREAS, CPH Engineers, Inc. has provided the proposed Supplement No. 36 to <br />provide such services; and <br />WHEREAS, Public Works staff has reviewed Suppieinent No. 36 from CPH Engineers, <br />Inc. and finds it favorable to the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves <br />Supplement No. 36 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH <br />Engineers, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $19,715 without prior written authorization (attached <br />hereto as Attachment `A') and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document(s) on behalf of the <br />City. <br />SECTION IL Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
