RESOLUTION 11-2281 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, SEMINOLE COUNTY, DESIGNATING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AS "SURPLUS" TO ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City Commission, via Resolution 08-1938, established a process to surplus and sell City -owned property; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry continues to seek opportunities for the sale and use of properties acquired by the City due to lien foreclosures and nuisance abatement actions by the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to surplus the property located at 1104 Timberlane Trail in order to prepare the property for a future sale. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates parcel ID# 04-21-30-506-0000-0190, located at 1104 Timberlane Trail, Casselberry, Florida, as surplus property. SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
