Piggyback Purchase of a Tractor from Ridge Equipment Co for the Casselberry Golf Club and Related Budget Amendment #22-006 Introduction: Approval to purchase a tractor for the Casselberry Golf Club from Ridge Equipment Co. in the total amount of $36,033.00 by piggybacking Florida Sheriffs Association contract #FSA20-EQU18.0 and related Budget Amendment #22-006 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-006 will increase the Casselberry Golf Club Heavy Equipment account #405-0410-572.67-39 and the Casselberry Golf Club Other Non -Operating Sources account #405- 0000-389.90-00 by $1,143.00, providing sufficient funding for this purchase. BA #22-006 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for the purchase of a Kubota 4WD tractor from Ridge Equipment Co. in the amount of $1,143.00. Piggyback Purchase of a Spray Rig from Wesco Turf Inc. for the Casselberry Golf Club and Related Budget Amendment #22-007 Introduction: Approval of the piggyback of the City of Mesa, AZ cooperative contract #2017025 through Omnia Partners and related Budget Amendment #22-007 which provide for the purchase of a spray rig for the Casselberry Golf Club from Wesco Turf, Inc. in the total amount of $51, 826.56 (Ref. PBA -2021-0710) is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #22-007 will increase the Casselberry Golf Club Heavy Equipment account #405-0410-572.67-39 and the Casselberry Golf Club Other Non -Operating Sources account #405- 0000-389.90-00 by $7,420.00, providing sufficient funding for this purchase. BA #22-007 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for the purchase of Toro Workman Spray Rig from Wesco Turf, Inc. in the amount of $7,450. The total cost is $51,827.
