OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Citizen Comments. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21-25: Geneva School Fountain Site Plan Modification — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor modification to the approved site plan to add a fountain in the traffic circle at the Geneva School located at 1775 Seminola Blvd. b. SPR 21-26: 470 Sunrise Drive — Pool Deck in Easement 1St Review. Review of a request for a pool deck to encroach into an easement on the property located at 470 Sunrise Drive. c. SPR 21-27: Casselberry Center ATM and Patio Lighting Site Plan Modification — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor modification to the approved site plan to change the location and orientation of the concrete ATM pad and add lighting to the outdoor patio of the restaurant located at 1391 SR 436. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
