Package Consideration of approval of Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Parks Construction Projects for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), in the amount of $237,921.70, to purchase the steel package necessary to construct project PW 2111 Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion. 8.
